Day 21

Philippians 4:4–7 (ESV)
4 Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, rejoice. 5 Let your reasonableness be known to everyone. The Lord is at hand.6 Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. 7 And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
Reflection:
This is not a demand of the law, but an invitation of love in Christ! Worry often makes us focus on how great the storm around us is, but faith invites us to see how great Jesus is within us. When we fix our eyes on Christ through prayer, supplication, and thanksgiving, our anxieties are gradually released, His peace fills our hearts, and words of gratitude and praise naturally flow forth.

4 你們要靠主常常喜樂，我再說，你們要喜樂！ 5 當叫眾人知道你們謙讓的心。主已經近了。6 應當一無掛慮，只要凡事藉著禱告、祈求和感謝，將你們所要的告訴神。 7 神所賜出人意外的平安，必在基督耶穌裡保守你們的心懷意念。

心得分享: 這不是一個律法的要求，而是在基督裡愛的邀請！掛慮常讓我們看外面的風浪有多大，信心卻常邀請我們看住在心裡的耶穌有多大。當我們用禱告祈求和感謝來定睛看基督時，看著看著心中掛慮就交託卸下了，基督所賜的平安就充滿了，感謝讚美的話就出來了。
