Ephesians 1:3-7
3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in Christ with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places, 4 even as he chose us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and blameless before him. 5 In love he predestined us for adoption to himself as sons through Jesus Christ, according to the purpose of his will, 6 to the praise of his glorious grace, with which he has blessed us in the Beloved. 7 In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of his grace.

Reflection：
Let us give thanks to the Lord “in Christ”! It is He who, “in Christ,” chose us, bestowed upon us every spiritual blessing in the heavenly realms, and enabled us to receive this glorious and abundant grace freely. Such immense grace was predestined even before the foundation of the world—aren’t we all “born with a golden spoon”? Hallelujah!

3 願頌讚歸於我們主耶穌基督的父神！他在基督裡曾賜給我們天上各樣屬靈的福氣， 4 就如 神從創立世界以前在基督裡揀選了我們，使我們在祂面前成為聖潔，無有瑕疵； 5 又因愛我們，就按著自己意旨所喜悅的，預定我們藉著耶穌基督得兒子的名分， 6 使祂榮耀的恩典得著稱讚。這恩典是祂在愛子裡所賜給我們的。 7 我們藉這愛子的血得蒙救贖，過犯得以赦免，乃是照祂豐富的恩典。

心得分享: 為著我們能「在基督裡」向主獻上感恩! 是祂「在基督裡」揀選了我們、將天上各樣屬靈福氣賜給我們、使我們能白白得著這既榮耀又豐盛的恩典。這樣浩大的恩典竟然是在創立世界以前就已經預定好的，我們豈不都是「含著金湯匙」 嗎？哈利路亞!
