Day 17 Psalm 66:1-8

1 Shout for joy to God, all the earth;
2 sing the glory of his name; give to him glorious praise!
3 Say to God, “How awesome are your deeds! So great is your power that your enemies come cringing to you.
4 All the earth worships you and sings praises to you; they sing praises to your name.”
5 Come and see what God has done: he is awesome in his deeds toward the children of man.
6 He turned the sea into dry land; they passed through the river on foot. There did we rejoice in him,
7 who rules by his might forever, whose eyes keep watch on the nations— let not the rebellious exalt themselves.
8 Bless our God, O peoples; let the sound of his praise be heard,

Reflection: Our God is the One who is enthroned upon the praises of Israel. Whether we are on the mountaintop or in the valley, whether in the brightness of day or in the darkness of night, we are called to praise Him in faith—declaring His glory with words of praise and bringing down the authority of His throne through our worship. As we continue to praise Him and experience more of His mighty works, our hearts are drawn into deeper humility and obedience before Him. And before others, we will all the more gladly lift up unceasing praise, proclaiming His greatness and testifying to His wondrous deeds.

Day17詩篇66:1-8
1 全地都當向 神歡呼！
2 歌頌祂名的榮耀！用讚美的言語將祂的榮耀發明！
3 當對 神說：「袮的作為何等可畏！因袮的大能，仇敵要投降袮。
4 全地要敬拜袮，歌頌袮，要歌頌袮的名。」
5 你們來看 神所行的，祂向世人所做之事是可畏的。
6 祂將海變成乾地，眾民步行過河；我們在那裡因祂歡喜。
7 祂用權能治理萬民，直到永遠。祂的眼睛鑒察列邦；悖逆的人不可自高。
8 萬民哪，你們當稱頌我們的 神，使人得聽讚美祂的聲音。

【心得分享】我們的 神是以以色列的讚美為寶座的 神，無論在高山、在低谷，無論在白日、在黑夜，我都要在信心中來讚美祂，用讚美的言語將祂的榮耀發明，用讚美的言語帶下祂寶座的權能。在不斷的讚美中，越過越多地來經歷這位權能者時，我就願更多地在主面前謙卑、順服，就更願在人面前發出不止息的讚美之聲，述說祂的大德。
