1There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus. 2 For the law of the Spirit of life has set you free in Christ Jesus from the law of sin and death. 3 For God has done what the law, weakened by the flesh, could not do. By sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh and for sin, he condemned sin in the flesh, 4 in order that the righteous requirement of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not according to the flesh but according to the Spirit. 5 For those who live according to the flesh set their minds on the things of the flesh, but those who live according to the Spirit set their minds on the things of the Spirit.

1 如今，那些在基督耶穌裡的就不定罪了。 2 因為賜生命聖靈的律在基督耶穌裡釋放了我，使我脫離罪和死的律了。 3 律法既因肉體軟弱，有所不能行的，神就差遣自己的兒子成為罪身的形狀，做了贖罪祭，在肉體中定了罪案， 4 使律法的義成就在我們這不隨從肉體、只隨從聖靈的人身上。5 因為隨從肉體的人，體貼肉體的事；隨從聖靈的人，體貼聖靈的事。 6 體貼肉體的就是死，體貼聖靈的乃是生命、平安。
