8 “But you, Israel, are My servant,
Jacob whom I have chosen,
The descendants of Abraham My friend.
9 You whom I have taken from the ends of the earth,
And called from its farthest regions,
And said to you,
‘You are My servant,
I have chosen you and have not cast you away:
10 Fear not, for I am with you;
Be not dismayed, for I am your God.
I will strengthen you,
Yes, I will help you,
I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.’
11 “Behold, all those who were incensed against you
Shall be ashamed and disgraced;
They shall be as nothing,
And those who strive with you shall perish.
12 You shall seek them and not find them—
Those who contended with you.
Those who war against you
Shall be as nothing,
As a nonexistent thing.
13 For I, the Lord your God, will hold your right hand,
Saying to you, ‘Fear not, I will help you.’

8 「唯你，以色列我的僕人，雅各我所揀選的，我朋友亞伯拉罕的後裔， 9 你是我從地極所領來的，從地角所召來的，且對你說：『你是我的僕人，我揀選你並不棄絕你。』 10 你不要害怕，因為我與你同在；不要驚惶，因為我是你的神。我必堅固你，我必幫助你，我必用我公義的右手扶持你。 11 凡向你發怒的，必都抱愧蒙羞；與你相爭的，必如無有，並要滅亡。 12 與你爭競的，你要找他們也找不著；與你爭戰的，必如無有，成為虛無。 13 因為我耶和華你的神必攙扶你的右手，對你說：『不要害怕，我必幫助你。』
