19 “The sun shall no longer be your light by day,
Nor for brightness shall the moon give light to you;
But the Lord will be to you an everlasting light,
And your God your glory.
20 Your sun shall no longer go down,
Nor shall your moon withdraw itself;
For the Lord will be your everlasting light,
And the days of your mourning shall be ended.
21 Also your people shall all be righteous;
They shall inherit the land forever,
The branch of My planting,
The work of My hands,
That I may be glorified.
22 A little one shall become a thousand,
And a small one a strong nation.
I, the Lord, will hasten it in its time.”

19 「日頭不再做你白晝的光，月亮也不再發光照耀你，耶和華卻要做你永遠的光，你神要為你的榮耀。 20 你的日頭不再下落，你的月亮也不退縮，因為耶和華必做你永遠的光，你悲哀的日子也完畢了。 21 你的居民都成為義人，永遠得地為業，是我種的栽子，我手的工作，使我得榮耀。 22 至小的族要加增千倍，微弱的國必成為強盛，我耶和華要按定期速成這事。」
